Where is Eastwind Beach Villas?
Eastwind Beach Villas is in Sitio Guinling, Barangay San Fernando, El Nido, Palawan, on an east-facing cove on Bacuit Bay. It is under 2 km and about ten minutes from San Fernando Port, 30 km and forty-five minutes from El Nido town, and 32 km and fifty minutes from Lio Airport.
How much is a villa per night?
Rates are per villa rather than per person, with a two-night minimum. A Deluxe Villa is from ₱5,500 per night and a Premium Villa from ₱9,000 per night; Bed & Breakfast is also available.
How many villas are there and how many guests do they sleep?
There are eight villas sleeping up to twenty-eight guests in total. The six Deluxe Villas are on the beachfront, each with a queen bed plus a single, sleeping up to three adults or two adults and two children. The two Premium Villas are set apart from the main villa row and sleep up to two. Every villa is air-conditioned and has a private bathroom with hot water.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is 2:00pm and check-out is 12:00pm. A ₱1,000 cash damage deposit is taken at arrival and refunded at check-out. Cancellation is free up to seven days before arrival.
How do I get there from Puerto Princesa or El Nido?
From Puerto Princesa Airport it is 240 km and five to six hours by van, from ₱9,500. From Lio Airport it is fifty minutes, from ₱2,800; from El Nido town forty-five minutes, from ₱2,500; from San Fernando Port ten minutes, from ₱300. Transfers are arranged by the resort and met at the port or airport.
Is there a restaurant on site?
Yes. The restobar serves breakfast from 6:30 to 10:00 and runs the kitchen from 11:00 to 21:30, with the bar open as long as the table is. Seafood comes in from San Fernando the morning it is served, alongside pancit, deck-oven pizza, calamares and halo-halo.
When is the kitesurfing season?
The northeast wind is reliable from November through April, filling in during the early afternoon. Mornings are flat through the season, which suits paddleboards, kayaks and snorkelling on the reef off the northern end of the beach.
Can we book the whole property for a wedding or an event?
Yes. Exclusive use is the whole site for a minimum of two nights, holding about sixty seated on the lawn and sleeping up to twenty-eight across the eight villas, with one kitchen catering the entire party. The function hall separately takes about fifty seated at rounds or seventy in rows.
What is included in the nightly rate?
The pool deck from 07:00 to 19:00, the yoga and fitness pavilion, kayaks and paddleboards from the beach, Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping and parking at the arrival pavilion. Meals, transfers, kite sessions and island-hopping boats are quoted separately.
