Booking, cancellation & refunds
How payment works, what happens if your plans change, and how refunds are made.
Payment when you book
The full cost of the stay, including taxes and fees, is paid when you book on our booking page. Payment is processed securely through Cloudbeds, and you can pay by card, GCash, Maya or PayPal.
Booking directly with us costs less than the same villa on third-party booking sites.
Free cancellation up to seven days before arrival
If you cancel seven days or more before your check-in date, we refund what you paid in full.
If you cancel less than seven days before check-in, or do not arrive, the cancellation terms shown in your booking confirmation apply.
To cancel, use the link in your confirmation email or write to [email protected] with your booking reference. A cancellation counts from when we receive it, in Philippine time.
Changing your dates
You can move your dates free of charge up to seven days before arrival, subject to availability. If the new dates cost more you pay the difference, and if they cost less we refund it. Inside seven days, ask us and we will do what we can.
Leaving early
If you check out earlier than booked, please talk to us at reception; unused nights follow the cancellation terms in your booking confirmation.
Weather and events outside our control
If a typhoon warning, a port closure or an order from the authorities stops you from reaching us, or stops us from hosting you, we will move your stay to new dates at no charge or refund the nights affected.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. We start the refund as soon as the cancellation is confirmed, and your bank or wallet may take a few more days to show it. Fees charged by your own bank or wallet are not refundable.
Weddings and whole-property bookings
We can hold a date for a wedding or event without a deposit while you decide. Once you confirm, the payment schedule and cancellation terms are set out in the event agreement.
Bookings made elsewhere
If you booked through another website, such as Booking.com, that website’s cancellation and refund terms apply, and refunds are made through it.
