The terms that apply when you use this website and when you stay with us. Please read them before you book.
About these terms
These terms are between you and Eastwind Beach Villas, Sitio Guinling, Barangay San Fernando, El Nido, Palawan 5313, Philippines. By booking a villa or using this website you accept them, together with our booking, cancellation and refunds policy and our privacy policy.
Bookings
Villas are booked on our booking page, which Cloudbeds runs for us. A booking is confirmed when you receive the confirmation email. Rates are per villa per night, not per person, and the booking page shows the exact rate for your dates, including taxes and fees, before you pay.
The guest who makes the booking must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for everyone in their party.
Weddings, functions and whole-property bookings are agreed separately in writing, and that agreement applies alongside these terms.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Philippine pesos. The prices shown on this website are the lowest nightly rate over the coming weeks and move with the season; the price on the booking page for your dates is the one that applies.
Payment is taken in full when you book, as set out in our booking, cancellation and refunds policy. A confirmed rate does not change if our published prices change later.
Your stay
Check-in is from 2:00pm and check-out is by 12:00pm. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability, so ask us in advance.
There is a two-night minimum stay. A Deluxe Villa sleeps up to three adults, or two adults and two children; a Premium Villa sleeps up to two guests. Guests beyond the booked occupancy cannot stay overnight.
Every adult guest needs a valid ID at check-in.
House rules
Please keep noise down in the evening, out of respect for the other villas.
Smoking is not allowed inside the villas.
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement only; please tell us before you book so we can confirm the conditions.
Children must be supervised at the pool and on the beach at all times. There is no lifeguard on duty.
Visitors are welcome in the common areas during the day, accompanied by the guest who invited them.
Damage and loss
You are responsible for damage to the villa or the property caused by you or your party, beyond normal wear. We will show you the damage and agree the cost with you before charging it.
Each villa has a safe for valuables. We are not responsible for items lost or left unattended outside it, except where the law says we are.
Safety and liability
The sea, the pool, tours and water sports carry natural risks. Please follow posted signs and staff instructions. Tours and transfers run by other operators are their responsibility, even when we help you book them.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, including under the Consumer Act of the Philippines.
Events outside our control
If a typhoon, an order from the authorities or another event outside our control stops us from providing your stay, we will offer to move your dates or refund what you paid for the nights affected.

The text and photographs on this website belong to Eastwind Beach Villas or are used with permission; please do not copy them for commercial use without asking us. We keep the information here as accurate as we can, but facilities and services can change. The booking page and your confirmation are what we commit to.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. If something goes wrong, please talk to us first at [email protected]. Any dispute we cannot settle together will be heard by the courts of Palawan.
