2700 K, and nothing brighter
Low bollards, a few uplights, festoon between the veranda posts. The sky is the amenity.
Every lamp on the property is warm white and mounted below eye level, which is a decision about the sky rather than about the lamps.
Bollards run along the walkways at ankle height. Two or three uplights sit in the specimen trees and nowhere else. Festoon strings cross between the veranda posts and over the event lawn, and the pool deck is lit only from its own edge.
Nothing is aimed outward and nothing is cool white — the villas were relamped to 2700 K throughout, rooms, bathrooms, verandas and paths. On an east-facing cove with no town light behind it, that is the difference between seeing the Milky Way and not.

Sand, last stretch
Warm wash across the sand where the frame meets the lawn.
