No walls on the side that faces the palms
An open pavilion under woven bamboo — mats, a rower, dumbbells, and the trees doing the rest.
A single covered platform at the quiet end of the property, set back from the pool so nobody is training in front of an audience.
Mats and blocks live in a timber rack at the back. Equipment is deliberately short: a rower, a bench, dumbbells to 20 kg, bands and a pull-up bar on the frame. Two sides are open, which means the room is ventilated by the same breeze that cools the villas.
Morning yoga runs on the platform when there is a group staying, and the space is otherwise open all day. The floor is coco lumber over a slab, sealed rather than varnished, so it stays cool underfoot and does not gloss up in photographs.
The pavilion and the walk to it
The platform
Woven bamboo overhead, two sides open to the planting.
From outside
The frame reads as another timber structure in the garden.
The path in
Crushed limestone between split bamboo, soft underfoot.
Nothing here needs booking
If a group wants a class, the front desk arranges an instructor from San Fernando.
